Here are tips for dressing for exercise in cold weather:

  • Cotton is not the best material for running in cold weather.  Wear moisture-wicking fabric. Remember Cotton Is Rotten when it comes to cold weather.
  • Dress as though it is 15-20 degrees warmer than it is.
  • Wear snug fitting clothes to keep warm
